OrNsoft is the controller of account data that we collect to run your account. For the data you connect and instruct Kantum to handle, OrNsoft acts as a processor, processing it on your instructions to provide the service.
Kantum is hosted in France, in the European Union. Some support, administration, backup and AI processing may take place in the United States or with providers outside the EU, including the AI model, voice and telephony providers you use; these transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another mechanism recognized by law.
We process personal data on the legal bases that apply, which may include performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can inspect, edit, and delete memory directly, and contact us to exercise any right.
To exercise a right, email Support@OrNsoft.com. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law. We answer requests within one month of receipt. Where a request is complex or there are many requests, we may extend this by two further months and will tell you why within the first month. For requests under US state privacy laws, we answer within the time those laws set.
Where data is processed outside the EU, including in the United States, appropriate safeguards apply. These transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another mechanism recognized by law.
We use subprocessors to provide the service, including your chosen AI model provider, authorized connectors, our payment processor, and our hosting provider. We use subprocessors for hosting, AI models, voice, telephony and email. The current list is available on request at Support@OrNsoft.com.
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available to business customers on request at compliance@ornsoft.com.
We capture analytics and marketing consent through our consent tools, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the same controls.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
